Mel has referred to a minimum 5-year period for us to get into production, assuming permitting goes reasonably smoothly. Although that seems a long period of time, it has taken our neighbors Rare Element Resources an eternity to finally get a pilot project up and running, and even then it only involves 1,000 tons of ore ... and producing waste streams that include thorium and uranium, which have to be treated and stabilized before being sent to a waste disposal facility sounds absolutely horrendous.

P.S. I'm still hopeful our project will get fast tracked with government support.
