yes i suspect Lynas were afraid of a potential TO of them and were rushing to get a US based company into the fold so as to block anyone after them on CFIUS intervention
they were especially weak at the mercy of their license in malaysia last year and i reakon the malaysians were being coerced by you know who to weaken them
ha ha maybe the evergrande thing blew the stalker away

Lynas have now woken up and im sure theyre on the hunt for a US asset....ARR is perfect
