This will be viewed favourably by the US Government and US investors as the market is now interested in the onshore developments of mining and processing industries . The recent talks between Lynas and MP Materials which did not produce an outcome has wetted their interest to alternatives in the market. ARR is bound to play a role in the future this announcement is just the beginning that will play out over the coming months IMO
