Fast start up on State Land instead of Federal Land.
The 12:1 recent increase has taken us to 4.8% - mow comparable to MP and Lynas. MP has to mix three types of ore to try and get what they want - we don't have to do that.
NASDAQ on hold until the time is right - ie when rare earths prices start recovering and there is a more positive attitude towards the rare earths sector.
