Directors have a fiduciary duty to shareholders not to make false statements --- They cannot say Halleck will be the biggest REE deposit in the world if they believe it is untrue.
The Wyoming State government will back ARR with funding.
We have a director who has already been involved with getting Wyoming State funding
Lynas has a large USA processing facility underway but they don't have a resource in the USA They wont be allowed able to ship radioactive REE into the USA so the decontamination costs and shipping costs will be prohibitive. Lynas need a big USA resource. We are the best dance partner. It is a no brainer that we are on their radar and also on MPs radar.
If I was on the Lynas board I would be saying for Gods sake bid now before the ARR story gets greater media coverage and thus fund manager attention. A lot of holders including those on this forum would sell now at AUD0.50 to AUD1.00. When we get to AUD1.00 post the PEA and a Nasdaq listing we will be over 1.00 and held by many sophisticated investors who will be looking for AUS5.00 plus.
I believe a bid or tentative probe is only months away I've been here before over the past 25 years with other junior mining multi baggers.
