The real issue is Brazil has joined an alternate world settlement model with countries not prepared to toe the USA line politically. Brazil is in danger of losing access to the largest fund of capital in the world at a time when there's piles of cash being directed to secure supplies.
Any deposit worth its salt in the US will now get all the funds directed towards it, so ARR is looking prime
I hold a couple of REE plays in Brazil and there is no doubt they have good deposits, best in the world probably, but geopolitics means the world when it comes to investment
