The reality here is they have only explored 25% of their land holding and they have already proved up over 2.3 billion tons of rare Earth minerals. Following a proven low-cost extraction and beneficiation techniques they are getting a 4% TREO concentrate making this one of the largest resource of rare earths in the world located in the USA. This deposit alone will make the USA the new 'world leader' in future rare earth production. At 4% TREO and 2.3B tonne resource this alone will produce in its lifetime over 92M tonnes of TREO and 23M tonnes of the highly valued and highly desired magnetic rare earths. For a comparison this already dwarves Chinese reserves of 44 million metric tons and Halleck Creek has only 25% explored.

The enormity of this project cannot be under estimated. The re-rate here has only just begun. This is not a traders stock anymore. TA does not apply atm as the fundamentals here are far too strong. This is why the wall Street journal and other publications are picking this story up and why over the last few weeks this company is gaining massive traction across the mining space. As stated this find is estimated to be therichest rare earth deposit in the world will give the U.S. an unparalleled economic and geopoliticaledge against China and Russia for the foreseeable future.

All considered IMHO at the current MC of only 110M USD this deposit offers me a once in a lifetime investment opportunity. These opportunities are few and far between.
