Economics of scale and MREO make this a compelling speculative buy. Most current rare earth production facilities include upfront mineral beneficiation followed"Cracking” and dissolution of the minerals; then separation by solvent extraction and refining ofthe individual rare earths.
This will be no different with the last investor presentation showing beneficiation of the 0.3% Halleck Creek ore feed to be preconcentrate to 3.5% TREO at a 12:1 upgrade ratio using lowcost, conventional Dense Medium Separation. This is very positive.
The scoping study will be released Q1 and if positive will move forward with major US funding very quickly.
