Amigo, thank you for posting the video which discusses the capital raising. It is well-worth watching and it contains some important information from Don Swartz, CEO:
1) The new money will accelerate the program by allowing ARR to fund extra work that was not in the 2024 budget. Don Swartz says piloting (ie pilot plant) and baseline studies for permitting, are two examples of how the $13.5 million will be brought forward and used to accelerate the development of ARR.
2) ARR was able to raise funds from professional investors at a very substantial increased in price (when compared to the previous raising of 24 months ago), even though commodity prices for critical minerals have reduced.
3) Don Swartz says: "good projects are built in down commodity cycles, and you reap the rewards when things turn around".
