Coal is the second largest source of tax revenue in Wyoming, being that it is the largest supplier in the United States. Coal production has and will continue to fall. I would think that the potential rate earth projects in Wyoming (especially the clean ones like ARR) will be viewed as a new outlet for tax revenue. Which IMO will help expedited permitting.
