A comparison between ARU and ARR is very relevant
We are currently one quarter of their MC.
I see them as a good company who will become second to Lynas out of the Australian REE
companies. But I see ARR as having the potential to become the number one REE company in the world and certainly the number one Western REE company. I believe USA state, government and bank funding is currently being worked on for ARR. I see the ARR price rerating by 400% to AUD1.20 just to equal ARU's MC in the next 6 months and from there growing over several years towards the MC of Lynas of AUD 5Bill which is 33 times our current MC.
I believe ARU has been deliberately brutally manipulated down by various actors. At the 8.3.24 the cumulative shorts were 5.1% of the capital. Some of the daily gross shorts over past months have been exceptionally high. I believe many of these were covered later in the day or in following days so we never got sight of the true cumulative shorts.
If ARU recovers back to its yearly high of 0.54 then ARR should match that within 6 months going 8 times higher to match their MC to reach AUD2.40.
