You can call me out without fear of attack, that's not my mo, but when conversations aren't weighted to be overly positive and people agree with what one is saying they either "disgruntlingly" go quiet or take an offensive path. If one refuses to acknowledge the existence of the other side of a coin, for better or worse, it doesn't lead to healthy discourse, but rather stagnation, which is especially true concerning overwhelming sunk cost and hot hands fallacies systemicly present on the ARU thread IMO. Any day now, many including myself may fall victim to the sunk cost fallacy if our PEA doesn't pan out as expected, it is basic human nature, not dictated by logic but by 'pesky emotions' which frankly have no place when it comes to investing. However unlikely that negative "possibility" is, it is still a "possibility" until the data paints a definitive picture. Concerning ARU I merely pointed out the holes/flaws present in what is still a good picture. Hmm, likened to a Banksy, not a Leonardo... Yes, there's plenty of wall space for the many needed artworks the sector needs.
