    Agreed. I posted more just to show that grants.gov is probably the best place to see what US grants are available, and when they are due etc.

    Entities such as the University of Kentucky and Cleantechnica are specifically working on extracting rare earths from coal ash, but they can't just be given a handout in the US. They have to go through the process and apply for it just like everyone else.

    I'm hoping a US Grant will come out that is worded more favorably to us ... eg. rare earths extraction from large allanite deposits. They can't just hand us the money as they have to have an open process so they can compare the applicants from all companies that are working on extracting rare earths from large allanite deposits. The wording used will give us the best inkling that we might be a future beneficiary of some government assistance.
