in case you're still open to changing your mind and still consider opting for the long term: this cap raise was the most normal cap raise I've seen. cap raises are never announced before they actually happen to not make people panic. it really never happens. you have to read financials carefully to anticipate them. some here predicted them. nothing dodgy here.
