Thanks amigo for posting the interview. Two points are worth listening to.

    1) Don Swartz says the finding of good levels of zircon was a surprise and it will provide an additional revenue stream, without extra cost. Zircon just "comes along for the ride". They know that it can be concentrated to about 2.3% by the gravity circuit, and the researchers are testing for further improvements: "Beneficiation work currently being performed includes testing to separate and further concentrate zirconusing gravity separation and magnetic removal of paramagnetic minerals to further upgrade thematerial." (Zircon has a value of US$2,000 to US$2,300 per metric ton.)

    2) Also, and possibly most importantly, Don says the timeline is 3 years to "permit, construct and develop the mine at Halleck Creek", and he remarks that the new tariffs on imported permanent-magnet rare earths will be phased in over a similar period of 3 years. In this period: "there will be a build up of downstream industry that we hope to serve." He then goes on to say: "ARR is the only north American project that can fit that timeline". So IMO, patience will be rewarded, and many times over, with ARR.
