I don’t think that it would be that Peejayhercules,,,,,, that initial offer was too tenuous and was rejected. As the company is going to grow to be a large entity we need a large proven global mining partner with enough technical and financial acumen to take ARR to the market. Obviously it is always better to remain independent in these circumstances but time will tell if assistance is required. All of the known rare earth players will be assessing ARR resources and processing technologies as the US market is becoming critical for US domestic demand. The next few months are going to be exciting I am sure the BODs will make the right decisions IMO
