With the discussion around raising capital in the future through a SPAC it is important to gain not just financial support but to be partnered with companies that possess strong mining capabilities with a longstanding history of achievement in building large scale infrastructure. Wyoming is shaping up to be the center of attention in regard to heavy rare earth supply/processing that the US Government is keen to develop IMO
