Wyoming is a mining friendly State with a great deal of activity in a number minerals that equates to a highly qualified workforce. With coal mining at a crossroads the State is looking at creating new industries to fill in gaps to support new technologies. ARR is being watched by Government and influential players waiting for drilling and assay results to assess their possible involvement to partner with the company IMO
