IMHO - if ARR wants to engage a SPAC they'll do it - ARR have two directors well versed in mergers and acquisitions. ARR knocked back one SPAC and nothing to date says they're looking to SPAC or TO. ARR's ticking all the boxes on the way to mining - anything else is opinion without fact. Read the Company facts, stay upto date on mining and world economics and invest accordingly.
