i cant easily think how having a subsidary is going to benefit ARR?
say 500 mill into WSI then what?
the money has to stay in that entity
so it gets sold to US hands and ARR use the money to develop their other prospects?

i dont care about the other prospects this is the jewel in the crown
does this move make a path to NASDAQ? or is that idea long forgotten
maybe US gov doesnt want an australian firm owing the biggest REE deposit in US in foreign hands?
