Sorry to disappoint Prawn, but no, I don't have any intel. All I will say regarding this change of guard is a gut feeling that "someone" or some group within our board/management did Don dirty. This resignation was VERY unusual, nor was there any relevant context provided to market, only what you've quoted. I think Kev mentioned something about an NDA floating around before this ann. I suspect it's linked to Don and this bizarre situation, if it does exist. Perhaps Don was employed on a contract basis for ARR to meet a certain milestone/s with Gibbs always intending to return as CEO. From memory, Don was only CEO for 12 months give or take a month, which adds up if that was the case. All IMO but I think it's one of these two reasons.
