I am all for board/executive strengthening as we move forward........a good move. In fact, a lot of the upper echelon moves are very positive indeed.........what did not sit well was the way the ann read with regards to some of these changes at the top. How this was done just invoked a lot more questions than answers.

The jury is still out on the perceived benefits of these executive level moves but that will sort itself out in good time.............grades and scale come first and slowly slowly might win this race as we uncover what lies beneath us.
