Amigos, the recent interview with Jack Lifton (posted today by @bluesamurai) is very interesting. Chris Gibbs indicates a 3 to 5 year timeline to production, and Jack Lifton comments that no other American company can match that. (MP is the only current producer, but all of its concentrate goes to China.) The aim of the company is to produce pure metal concentrate in Wyoming. Chris Gibbs talks about the current cash of about $14 million then at 9min 40s he goes on to give the reason for forming Wyoming Rare USA Inc (i.e. WRI is 100%-owned subsidiary of ARR). Chris Gibbs says that it was so that a JV partner or strategic investor could be brought in to provide the capital to build the Cowboy Mine and processing plant in Wyoming. (And remember, the Cowboy Mine is on State land which is only part of the Halleck Creek deposit.) IMO the interview answers many questions that have been raised on this thread.
