In hindsight the CR was a plus right at the right time in the market as we enter into a an active drilling cycle. As the market is looking weak overall it is important to be well funded as the Proactive Investors video points out. The company is well run with a focussed approach assisted by the US Government involved to help with fast tracking of the necessary regulatory procedures IMO.
