The criteria that Pyrophyte have to adhere to, to consummate the transaction means they need the SP to go up, and not stay down.
With a JORC resource due sometime in Q1, and Pyrophyte having a 29th April deadline, it's hard to see it happening, unless there's an awful amount of work going on behind the scenes right now that we don't know about.
