The $1 requirement on the NASDAQ is related to the minimum bid price for continued listing on its Global Market and Capital Market tiers. It’s a generally required that a company should maintain and if the stock price fall below $1 for an extended period they may risk delisting. However, there are exceptions, grace periods and trading mechanisms to remain compliant.

Regardless, what someone now implies about ARR, we will be listed on NASDAQ soon. The first question should be which tier?

The NASDAQ has three tiers with different requirements for listing. These being Global Select Market (top tier), Global Market then the Capital Market.

Then we can look at the requirements and how they affect our holdings. For now, we need to be patience until management choose the best option for the long-term future as a USA rare-earth company.

There are multiple options to reach the NASDAQ listing price and they also have different effects on our holding amount, or the ratio held in the USA. At this stage, someone is talking up fear for this own agenda. So, choose wisely when listening to his half-truths and how you respond to his comments, as he thrives off any reaction.
