Yes amigo, your calculation looks correct. Halleck Creek is a giant and the grades are very competitive. As a simple comparison, let's say Halleck Creek was a large gold porphyry with a gold grade of 1ppm (1 gram per ton). We know gold is at US$2,000 per oz (1 oz is roughly 30 grams). So one ton of that type of ore would be worth US$75 (ie, US$2,000 x 1/30). This calculation shows ARR's ore of US$110 per ton is very competitive. I think that last year, once the geologists had mapped Halleck Creek and had assayed the rock specimens, they team knew the orebody was something really special. As a result, the company fast-tracked its drilling and development of the JORC resource. Remember, Halleck Creek had never been drilled, and ARR carried out a maiden drilling program with fairly wide spaces between each hole (see below the copy of a diagram from the report). IMO, the drilling program was designed to minimise costs yet obtain a JORC resource with only one drilling program. That is truly amazing. As Chris Gibbs said on a Proactive interview when asked if there would be further drilling: "no need for more drilling for drilling sake" (words to that effect). In all my time with junior explorers, I can't recall of another ASX company which established a huge JORC resource with such a small maiden drilling program. Normally it takes years of drilling! It tells me that the team knows that Halleck Creek is really special and they will continue to move as fast as they can to develop it. In one interview recently, Mel Sanderson mentioned that a pilot plant was on the cards. Well, that is usually accompanied by offtake agreements. Things could move pretty quickly from here. That's my view of things.
