No, the permitting process federally usually takes 8-10 years. Once you get BLM permitted, you have it indefinitely. Because we're going on Wyoming state land initially, there are none of the fed and minimal to no BLM hurdles. Being in a red state is a big positive on both state and fed permitting sides, though.
