bye bye to mining in Oz. monies are all lost now. The miningboom worked well for the banks. houses risen in 15y from 80k to 600k. hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaa with "Australians" you can do capitalism and sell it to them. Employment was always only around 1% in mines, some lucky onces...yeah fly in-fly out-company pays for it etc.
Geographically australia is not important at all in globalisation-but third most expensive country on the planet. thats how the ozzies got played and left over is a huge debt.
