    hey guys,

    i'm with MKNOP on this one regarding the oppies, imo even though the options were issued ages ago, what is relevant to the insider trading issue is whether as a result of the sale beginning the option holders especially those on the board are now privy to insider info and as a result are precluded from exercising as a result of this knowledge.
