Agree totally! They will be doing well to keep NPBT to around a $1m loss. Without substantial extra acquisitions in FY19 its hard to see a NPAT of more than $5m and $7m in FY20 when they will crack the magical $150m in revenue.
Still, surveying is one of the few professions that will avoid large scale disruption by AI in the medium to long term, not to mention the current deregulation mania which is breaking down all the powers and exclusivities of the 'professional institutions'. I pity the doctors, solicitors, accountants, valuers, stock analysts to name but a few. Saw a new app yesterday called Lodex where would be borrowers load their details and requirements online and financiers pitch for their business. Gone, it seems, are the days when one would cower in the chair opposite the mighty BANK MANAGER!
