As theories abound, here is mine..... PE settled in a manner which allows Woodside operatorship, FAR get some form of agreeable compensation. SAMO has oil and FAR farms down further 10% to PETRONAS for 2 more wells over 18 months to prove up field. CNOOC takes out 10% of FAR's SNE share (this secures FAR's development costs) and take another 20% from CNE.... all this announced as part of SNE funding package. FAR retains 20% of a Wooly Mammoth in the Gambia after farming in another partner for 10% and PETRONAS does likewise with 10% (perhaps to TOTAL).
Sure UBET would give me good odds on this Multi!!
