KKW ,question Is it possible for COP if they think ,that they will lose the case .
Can they just say ok ,we will not sell our % now we will pay out our share of the cost of the development,and also pay out WPL cost and what ever compensation they come up with .
I am sure they still would be in front .Then resell it for a higher price later on .IS that a possibility,
