No. it's not possible. They probably wish they could, but sad for them, they cannot withdraw the sale now. It's all about FAR being able to PE the deal at the same price that was offered to WPL.
Hey Joseph, we have more pressing things to occupy us currently, so we might have to forget about the PE for a few days!!!
