    That's a fair question kpax.The following note is from the 4C.
    "The Commonwealth Bank $7m Secured Trade Finance Facility was drawn to $75k as at the end of the quarter."
    If there is no acceptable explanation in the offer document then perhaps we may seek further information from the company.
