@kpax -- I couldn't say for sure, but if it is a choice of having a stable facility as backup and tapping the SH for cash to fund the growth... then seems like a pretty logical play. The business seems like it is improving, so it is not just a suck them dry. Think of it as an opportunity and if you don't have the spare cash, then give it a miss and watch the SP further gain afterwards. Check back to the previous financials and see if you want a piece of the action. It is not just a question of why, rather are you a participant or not?
