That's the way I worked it out. Means AHZ will end up with something like 1.85 Billion shares. Can believe I bought in a year ago and there was around 1.1 Billion. I thought I was buying into a company that makes patches and hopefully vaccines. So far they have only made lots of shares.
Lucky I can see the bigger picture and not too concerned if this is near the end of handing out equity. Forrest stands to loose the biggest percentage if he can only subscribe for 150,000 additional shares.
