I must admit I was fairly p....ssed off when I saw the SPP. Certainly a good way to test shareholder loyality. What is going on??? They have time to come up with this hair-brained idea at this point in time and yet we are yet to receive our dividend cheque for the convertable notes. It's been suggested there is a cash flow problem. One wonders whether there is as it's now the 17th of the month and dividend cheques have yet to be received in the mail.
Putting that aside, what in the h...eell would make the managment of the company think that by issuing a SPP at this point in time is going to reward loyal shareholders. All it's done is wipe $20million off the value of the company through this poor timing...and who is going to participate when the share price prettty well equals the net price for purchasing through the SPP.
