Tigrances, keep wishing mate. Why would you want to give the smaller investors a leg up if you were a company? Are they your main source of funding? Its the big guys that provide the real capital for these companies, not just the $15k applications, but moreso the insto's and sophies.

I am not against giving the smaller guys a go, but why would you give them preferential treatment and rub against the big end of town who provide the big $ when they are needed - they are already suffering considerable dillution. Nobody likes to have their holdings dilluted and you need to weigh up the cost/benefit for the company over time. Not just one off crowd pleasers.

Pretty poorly thought out I think.
