Apologies but obviously I'm not reading the announcement correctly !
Can someone put us right ?
EG-CVN has 1,350,000 ,000 shares on issue and proposing to
raise a miniscule $5m under its SPP @ 39c per share !! (ie separate from the $79m to Institutions).
Should it be something like only one new share for every say 15 held or similar.
(NB-my wife is the s/holder)
SPP-$5m for retail holders.
