Yes totally agree AHR will be an early winner for 2011.
The key to a good share price is as I see to have the majority or bulk of shareholders hold the line for a very fair price and not wilt at 30 or 40 cents. We do not want an outside bidder taking a stake for peanuts. If they really want this strategic asset than they will be expected to pay a fair price. With so few share holders it will be simple to have a like minded group hold out for a GOOD price and not allow a Johnny come lately divide and conquer and take this strategic asset for nothing. We need to all think high 80 cents per share. They know it is worth it and will pay the price.
