I'm pretty disappointed. i was told more than once there was an absolute limit of $3m and any oversubscriptions would be scaled back accordingly. I've made my disappointment known to the company about how they've changed the rules after people made their decisions based on a different set of guidelines. Apologies to those who were inadvertently misled by my passing on of the company's line about the 3m cap.
