    This is another sizeabe dillution if it is all SPP capital. I am disappointed that carry on just changing their minds as they see fit. Greedy fingers see $3mil turn into $15mil! Better not go into their increased salaries until we see wome solid returns! Their dillution is harming us all. Please explain!
