Yes Nayr is correct,
Vital Capital was formed from a few of the Greenchip Companies. I bought into the Greenchip Development being my first IPO after hearing the founders speak at a money expo in Adelaide. I have held shares ever since.
The other Greenchip company that i also bought into was Greenchip Resources which is now Avita Medical Ltd (AVH). I see POS is familiar with this one at the moment. But AVH has been a rather bumpy ride.
