Under ASX listing rule 7.1 the number of securities to be issued under the SSP cannot be more than 30 per cent of ordinary issued capital.
In that’s approximately 17,469,977 shares or $5,590,392 at .32c a share.
If everyone subscribed for the maximum amount 15,625 shares, we can safely issue to 1,118 share holders.
On the 12 April the company announced that it had Raises $5.58m in Share Purchase Plan.
This is just a fraction under the maximum amount allowable. Therefore I don’t think a scaling back will occur as the company can apply for a waiver under listing rule 7.1 to the ASX.
