if selling 90% of the new shares to outside interests and only a measly 10% to existing holders is one of the best spp allocations you have seen then I guess I won't try to change your mind....on the face of it the SPP at $1.50 with the current sp at $2.08 sure looks good (on paper) ..the fact the board decided to reward non holders with cheap shares and the schmuck retail existing holders with didley squat does not impress me in the slightest...
still (to be honest)..I would probably look after my mates if given the same opportunity......
