I was referring to the allocation that preferred shareholders who had greater holdings rather than allowing all the minnow shareholders (eg hold less than 1,000) who would have applied for 10,000 shares (the max) and flipped them immediately.

So if you took part in the SPP (and had less than about 35,000 shares) then you should not of been diluted.

Much more creative than just cutting everyone back to 66%!
