Not that i am especially bothered about the short term price movements, as I hold PRR as a long term investment.
It is worth noting however that the allotment date for the SPP shares is June 30 with the expected trading date of new shares 1 July. That means those new shares should not be subject to the traditional end of year "loss taking" sell off syndrome. Happy coincidence? I think not.
My GUESS is that the SPP will still be fully subscribed. From what i have been able to ascertain, quite a few holders sent in their applications immediately.
