Imo, after reading many posts in the last couple of days I think many have missed an important point here.
We must assume imo, that because PRR offered a generous 6c placement discount to the insto's, and every Tom, Dick and Harry knows that most soph's and Insto's will take their profits immediately on allotment, management would've also been well away of this happening also.
That being said, we also know the importance to PRR management for the spp to be fully subscribed. Without it they will not have the full funding required for phaselll trials...
So, imo PRR management have always had a big announcement up their sleeve to release before the spp offer closes on June 24, in order to successfully receive full subscription.
What good will any big announcement delivered after an under subscribed spp closes serve to PRR... none imho!
