These guys need to lift their game with their announcements. They've made a couple of stupid mistakes in the past and the SPP results announcement this morning was so vague you would think it's the first time they've done it. The ensuing uncertainty about how the scale back has been calculated just compounds the problem. I applied for $15K and got about 40%, who knows how it was calculated.
